Open-faced Roast Beef Sandwiches with Mustard Sauce

2 slices cooked roast beef
2 slices sandwich bread, toasted
1 Tbl. flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Mustard Sauce:
2 Tbl. sour cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
