Soy-Orange Sauce Pork Chops
3/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
2 T soy sauce
1 t sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
8 sprigs fresh thyme
8 lean loin pork chops
2 T butter
2 T safflower oil

Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup water

Marinated pork for grilling.
Honey Glazed Pork Chops
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons minced green onions
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
salt and pepper
6 pork chops
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat meat. Marinate 20 minutes to 24 hours. Grill.
