A Los Angeles-based firm is recalling approximately 1,350 pounds of its ground smoked bacon because the food may contain pieces of cardboard and plastic.

Chef-owner Scott Anderson recreates the flavors of a classic French Béarnaise sauce — egg yolk with a reduction of white wine, shallots and tarragon, emulsified with clarified butter — in this amuse-bouche.
It’s tarragon ice cream between two brown butter shortbread cookies. I like Bearnaise sauce but doubt I would want it for a dessert.

I have never seen sangria that could be mistaken for orange juice. Mimosas, yes, sangria, no.
Olive Garden restaurants are making changes after a toddler was served alcoholic sangria instead of orange juice at a Florida location.
