Open-faced Roast Beef Sandwiches with Mustard Sauce

3 Tbl. butter, divided
2 slices cooked roast beef
2 slices sandwich bread, toasted
1 Tbl. flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Mustard Sauce:
2 Tbl. sour cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Mix sour cream and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.

Fresh Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Dip
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Assorted fresh fruit, cut into wedges or bite-size pieces
Combine the yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir to mix.
Serve with fresh sliced bananas, apples, pineapple, and strawberries.
