1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
24 candied cherries
Confectioners sugar frosting
Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in walnuts and flour until well blended. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
