Sweet Potato Corn Bread
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato from 1 baked sweet potato
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups cornmeal
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons oil
2 eggs
