1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk

1 (12-oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbls. butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour

Chili Dog Wraps
10 (6- or 8-inch) flour tortillas
10 hot dogs
1 (16 ounce) can chili or 2 cups leftover chili
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook hotdogs.
Place 1 hot dog on each tortilla. Top with 3 tablespoons of chili, a sprinkle of diced onion, and some cheese.
Roll up and secure with toothpick.

Easy Way to Spice Up Mustard

Peppercorn Honey Mustard
2-1/2 cups Dijon mustard
1 jar (9-1/2 ounces) extra-grainy Dijon mustard
3/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
Combine Dijon mustard, extra-grainy Dijon mustard, honey, and pepper in medium bowl. Whisk until blended.
Spoon into 4 (1-1/4-cup) containers.
Store refrigerated up to 4 weeks.
