Back to school time -
2 tablespoons French salad dressing
1/4 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
1 cup torn prewashed salad greensPour salad dressing into 1-quart plastic container with tight-fitting lid. Place cooked chicken on top of salad dressing. Place Cheddar cheese on top of chicken, and carrot shreds on top of cheese. Place greens on top of the carrots. Cover the container tightly with the lid. Refrigerate. When ready to eat, shake container to toss the salad. Makes 1 salad.
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. of your favorite jelly
1 (8 in.) flour tortilla
1 small bananaEvenly spread peanut butter then jelly on tortilla. Top with banana, the roll up.
1 serving - Prep Time: 5 minutes
1/2 cup corn flakes
1/4 cup creamy peanut butterCrumble the cereal in a bowl. Mix in the peanut butter, stirring thoroughly. Form mixture into small balls. Place on wax paper and put in freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened. Serve.
