Sweet and Citrus Marinade
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons Dijon or other European-style mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
