Waldorf Chicken Sandwich
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped unpeeled apples
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt

Sweet and Citrus Marinade
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons Dijon or other European-style mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
