Makes four servings.
Golden Sour Cream Chicken
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
3 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
dried parsley
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

On Saturday, May 13 letter carriers will be picking up bags of donated food to be delivered to local food banks. Post offices that are participating sent out postcards announcing the program but you can also check with your local post office if you’re not sure whether or not they will be collecting food.

Zippy Chicken
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
boneless chicken breasts
