Triple Chocolate Truffle Cake

3 cups Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
8 large eggs, cold
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips
